Pledges
In support of our club's service projects and Rotary Loves Readers! programs, members have the option of making a pledge of financial support to supplement club dues and minimize hours spent in fundraising efforts. Pledges make it possible for Wimberley Rotarians to concentrate their efforts benefiting the community
Valentine's Day Fundraiser
The Rotary Club of Wimberley hosts an annual fundraiser for Valentine's Day at the Casual Cottages located on Ranch Road 12 between San Marcos and Wimberley. The event includes live entertainment and dancing. Entry fees will include wine, beer and dessert bar. Tickets for SMOOCH 2016 will go on sale in January 2016.
Gumbo Social
A gumbo social was held on April 21st to raise funds for Polio Plus. A cooking class was held the night before for those interested in learning how to make a roux. It was a wonderful night of food and fellowship. We raised $555 which in turn was tripled by the Bill Gates Foundation, so our impact was $1665.
